This is 30 minutes to actually exhale.

Through breath and sound, we create the conditions for your body to do what it already knows how to do: settle, release, and reset. So whether Sunday means catching up on errands, genuinely resting, or just not thinking about work for a minute, you get to do it without the weight of next week already sitting on your chest.

You'll move into Monday with a little more clarity and a little more of yourself intact.
