3. MEMBERSHIPS, PROGRAMS & PURCHASES
Our offerings may include one-time purchases, recurring memberships, workshops, events, or digital access products.
When you purchase or join an offering, you agree to the details presented at checkout, including pricing, delivery, timing, and any access terms specific to that offer.
We reserve the right to update, modify, improve, pause, replace, or discontinue any offering at any time, including format, schedule, delivery method, pricing for new customers, or included features.

4. BILLING, SUBSCRIPTIONS & PAYMENT
If you purchase a recurring membership or subscription, you authorize us and/or our third-party payment processor to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis according to the billing terms presented at checkout.

If a payment cannot be processed, we reserve the right to suspend or revoke access until payment is successfully completed.
5. CANCELLATION
You may cancel a recurring membership or subscription at any time through the applicable billing portal or by contacting us at katie@blueflowsound.com.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, cancellation will stop future billing but will not retroactively refund prior payments.
If you cancel, you may continue to have access through the remainder of your current billing period, unless otherwise specified.
We reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or terminate access to any offering at our discretion, including in cases of misuse, policy violations, abusive behavior, or unauthorized sharing.
6. REFUND POLICY
Due to the digital and access-based nature of many of our offerings, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.

replay access
digital content
virtual classes
workshops
downloadable or streamed materials

7. ACCESS & PERSONAL USE ONLY

upload, repost, copy, distribute, or resell any class, recording, or material

We reserve the right to revoke access without refund if we reasonably believe content is being shared or misused.

11. TECHNOLOGY & PLATFORM LIMITATIONS

replays or digital materials will always remain available indefinitely
