The Gathering
A private sound meditation experience for you and yours
A different kind of night out. One that actually fills you back up.
Not dinner. Not drinks. Something better.
The Gathering is a private, two-hour sound meditation experience designed for the people who matter most to you, held in an intimate studio space that's entirely yours for the evening.
No scrolling. No small talk you have to perform. Just your closest people, lying side by side, finally exhaling together.
You've done the dinner reservations. The wine nights. The group chats that turn into "we should really do something soon."
This is that something.
How it all works
What the evening holds
You arrive. The space is already set: premium full-body cushions, soft lighting, a warm tea bar waiting. There's nothing to set up, nothing to manage. Just arrive.
Crystal bowls, chimes, and layered tones work directly on your nervous system, bypassing the thinking mind and speaking straight to your body. You don't have to do anything except receive.
For most people, somewhere in the session, something softens. The mental noise gets quieter. A gentle release moves through. You resurface feeling more like yourself, present, connected, a little more whole.
❋ Arrive & Settle
Located at 1819 W. Belmont Ave, Chicago, IL, the studio is yours. Cushions set, tea waiting, lighting soft. Nothing to manage. Just land.
❋ 75 Minute Sound Journey
Live, guided sound meditation. Let the tones do the work. Your only job is to receive.
❋ Intention Setting
We settle in together, open with a custom intention and theme, then ease into the experience with gentle breathwork and a brief guided meditation to arrive fully.
❋ Gentle Return
A slow, unhurried return to the room. No rush. Just space to land back in your body before the evening closes.
❋ Tea & Integration
Quiet conversation, warmth, and space to let the evening settle.

Why This Is Different
This isn't another wellness thing to check off.
Most sound baths in Chicago are drop-in, stranger-filled rooms where you're lying next to someone you've never met, trying to relax while someone coughs two mats over.
This is yours. Private. Curated. Held with intention.
And because this is led by someone who spent years in the corporate world before finding this work, I know how to meet your group exactly where they are. Not everyone coming has meditated before. Some will be skeptical. Some will be exhausted. Some are ready to finally let something go.
All of it is welcome. Nothing is required except showing up.
My approach isn't spiritual in the traditional sense. It's grounding, accessible, and felt. That said, for those who want to go deeper, that door is open too. You'll leave with a little more space inside. Less noise. A quiet sense of having actually landed, in your body, in the room, in yourself.
