Join myself and Fitness Formula Clubs for a sound bath meditation master class. Sound and meditation can help clear energy blocks and allow you to release and let go things your body no longer needs. Sound baths restore harmony and peace in the body.

Bring your favorite pillow and/or blankets or other props. Invite your friends! $20 for Members, $30 for Non-Members. This class is of a meditative nature. Please be on time to assure that our members participating have an uninterrupted experience
