You close your laptop, but your mind doesn’t.
We’ve learned to treat rest like a reward, something you earn after everything else is done. This is your permission slip to pause. To release the grip. To just be, not perform, not produce, not hold it all together.
Melt is a guided sound bath meditation for people who look like they have it together but are tired of how much effort that takes. Live instruments create an environment your body responds to naturally. Your mind slows, your breath deepens, and we invite the tension you’ve been carrying to release without you having to do anything.
This is for people who are used to pushing through (and are good at it) and are ready for something that actually helps them stop.
Breath and intention open the space. Sound carries you the rest of the way with crystal bowls, chimes, drum. You’ll leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more like yourself again.
Leave the week at the door. Let this meet you where you are.
Doors open 15 minutes before class. No entry after the session begins.
Come cozy. Cushions, blankets, and water are provided.
