You already know how to push through. This is practice in something different.
Flow is a slow vinyasa yoga class that closes with a sound bath meditation. Breath leads movement, movement creates space, and sound seals it all in. Each element is designed to work with the one before it, so by the time you're lying down in the sound bath, your body is already open and ready to receive it.
The yoga portion is intentional and accessible, slow enough to actually feel what you're moving through rather than just moving through it. No advanced practice required. No performance expected. Just you, your breath, and whatever you walked in carrying.
We close in sound, letting the resonance settle into everything the movement just opened.
You'll walk out grounded, clearer, and more connected to yourself than when you walked in.
