We begin by co-creating a vibrant solstice altar—an offering of gratitude to the season of abundance. With intention and beauty, we anchor our shared energy in sacred symbols and natural elements, honoring the light we carry and the light we’re calling in.

Create Somatic-Activated Solstice Movement
Through intuitive, body-led movement, we awaken the wisdom held in our bones and breath. This somatic practice supports deep grounding, nervous system regulation, and joyful embodiment as we attune to the expansive energy of the solstice.

Experience Summer-Themed Breathwork
Let the breath be your medicine. Guided by the spirit of summer—warmth, vitality, and release—this breathwork journey clears the pathways within, inviting in clarity, courage, and heart-centered alignment.

Receive an Elemental Fire Sound Healing Session
We close with a sound healing ceremony infused with the element of fire, igniting transformation and renewal. Let the vibrations of crystal bowls, chimes, drums and sacred tones dissolve what no longer serves and illuminate your next steps forward.
